Wychwood out of this world!

On Saturday 9th November a team of 11 students from Years 10 and 11 competed in the Regional Heats of the UK Space Design Competition.

The girls were teamed with Dulwich College to form the Scientific Company GRUMBO Scientific. Tasked with designing and pitching for the contract of building Astoria, a base for asteroid mining and processing they won the tender!

Both schools will now go through to the National Final held in 2020 at Imperial College in London.

This is a fantastic achievement! Well done to all 11 girls and good luck in the National Finals.
