UT Launchpad Day at Radley

On 7th February, as part of the Careers Curriculum, The Upper Transits went to Radley College to take part in a Young Enterprise day. This was host day Wychwood last year and is a relationship that we are continuing to foster. The day, entitled Launch Pad, involved thinking about employability skills in the morning and a team company challenge in the afternoon. The girls rose to the challenge very well and enjoyed the opportunity to work alongside pupils from another school and the one competition of the one minute business pitch. There were awards for best overall company, best business pitch and best branding – one of the Wychwood teams won both the best overall company award and the best business pitch awards.
