Study Hub Challenge & Welcome to Wychwood Sixth Dinner

After a day of team building activities through which both sixth form years could come to know each other a little better early into their tenure as the combined Wychwood Sixth, pre dinner drinks on the lawn were followed by a delicious three course dinner thanks to the catering team.

The seating plan was arranged by Progress and subject choices to allow for more developed relationships between staff and pupils at this critical time in the pupils’ academic lives. Speakers were Sophie Solovieva, Alice McMahon, Joey Li, Lucy Mehta and Anu Sofoluwe, explaining from personal experience how to manage time and workload, extra curricular opportunities, boarding and responsibilities through the school Council, among other things.

A formal, yet relaxed and convivial evening was enjoyed by staff and girls alike, with tables decorated beautifully with fresh flowers thanks to Dr Williams. A wonderful start to the academic year for Wychwood Sixth, as ever!
