Remove Visit to Lovell Johns – Cartographers

The Remove were very lucky to visit Lovell Johns, a Cartographic company in Long Hanborough. During the visit, they were introduced to the types of maps that they produce – from road atlases to scratch maps. They were then given a tour of the design studios to see map making at work.

The visit brings to life their unit of work on maps and mapping, and will help when they have to produce maps of their ‘patch’ after half term.

On leaving the factory, one of the Remove was overheard saying that she wished she could work in a place like this!
