The Wychwood Careers Fair is one of many careers events at Wychwood to help inspire the pupils and give them the tools and the knowledge to help them make informed choices about their future career options. This years’ Careers Fair took place on the Saturday 29thSeptember and was well attended by pupils, parents, governors, Wychwood staff and eighteen guest speakers.

The morning was a wonderful opportunity for the girls to and ask questions from ‘What do you do?’ to ‘How did you get there?’ and ‘Why do you enjoy your job?’ In addition it was a chance to also develop their communication and interpersonal skills. Many careers were represented such as: engineering, film production, midwifery, law, drama and graphic design. Two of our guests, Jackie Armstrong and Annabel Daly, gave talks about apprenticeships and thinking about your career journey.
